Rolf Silver
CEO
Our senior partner, Rolf, is a seasoned finance professional and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Certified Accountants. His career began in audit, and he has since held numerous high-profile roles with SMEs, including CFO/Finance Director and interim CFO for both listed and unlisted companies.
Rolf has also led significant projects with large multinationals, including:
Leading a data migration project consolidating $350 million of business across 20 entities worldwide into a central unit, ensuring compliance with US and UK GAAP.
Driving a global ‘Managing for Value’ project for a major Australian packaging company, conducting a comprehensive bottom-up strategic review.
Overseeing the operational restructuring of multinational headhunters.
Leading the cleanup and relisting of a Nasdaq-quoted company, which included structuring a management buyout of the operational unit.

Sara Marin
Managing Partner
Our managing partner, Sara Marin, is a Spanish-qualified financial accountant who holds degrees in economics and business administration from Barcelona University.
She furthered her studies in economics through the Erasmus graduate exchange program at Trent University in the UK.
Sara gained valuable experience training at Romo Fabrics in Nottingham, where she also perfected her command of English.
Returning to Spain, she joined Deloitte and Touche in Barcelona, working there for three years before becoming the financial controller of a Spain-based UK company.
In 2007, Sara co-founded End2End with Rolf Silver and currently serves as the managing partner.
Her collaborative approach, attention to detail, and extensive experience make her an invaluable resource for businesses seeking to optimize financial operations and achieve success.
